摘要:以阔叶树种栾树和木荷1年生幼树为对象,采用室内盆栽,通过配制3个不同浓度梯度的PbCl2溶液于盆栽土壤中(L1<L2<L3),对比研究Pb胁迫两种幼树叶绿素荧光参数的响应规律,运用Lake模型从能量平衡及分配的角度揭示不同浓度Pb胁迫下栾树和木荷光系统II运转状况,并为木本植物幼树耐Pb程度的快速诊断提供数据支撑。结果表明:3个不同浓度的Pb处理下,两种供试幼树随着入射光强(PAR)的增大,除非调节性能量耗散(YNO)以外其它叶绿素荧光参数均随着PAR的变化而变化,相对电子传递速率(rETR)和可调节性能量耗散(YNPQ)呈上升趋势,而光系统II(PSII)量子效率(YII)和光化学猝灭(qL)呈下降趋势。同时,两种供试幼树的最大光能利用效率(Fv/Fm)、rETR、YII、qL,随着Pb污染浓度的加大而降低,YNPQ和YNO则随着Pb污染浓度的加大而升高。在L1梯度时木荷PSII反应中心的开放程度能保持在较高水准,随着处理浓度的增大,其光能转化能力弱于栾树;同时,栾树调节能量耗散的能力和对Pb胁迫的敏感程度均高于木荷,进一步说明了栾树对Pb的耐性高于木荷。综合分析后得出,YNO和YNPQ可作为植物Pb胁迫的评价指标。
Abstract:
Our research applied pot experiment study on 1-year-old sapling of broad-leaf species Koelreuteria paniculata and Schima superba Gardn. et Champ. We tested response regularity of PSII chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic in Pb strees through prepared by three different concentration gradient of PbCl2 solution in potting soil(L1<L2<L3).The study applied Lake-model, major objective of this is to investigate the change of the energy allocation in photosystem II(PSII) under different Pb stress condition. The study results can be used for Pb resistant and rapid Pb stress diagnosis in the sapling of xylophyta.The results showed that under the three differernt Pb treatment,with the increased photosynthetically active radiation(PAR) for two tested cultivars increased numbers in the relative electron transport rate (rETR) and the down-regulated energy dissipation (YNPQ), but decreased numbers in the quantum efficiency of PSII (YII) and the photochemical quenching (qL), the non-light induced energy dissipation (YNO) was not change. At the same time,with the increased Pb concentration of contaminant for two tested cultivars decreased numbers in the maximum quantum use efficiency (Fv/Fm)、rETR、YII、qL,but the YNPQ and YNO was increase. For the L1 gradient ,the results indicated that the PSII of S.superba remained a relatively high open fraction during the mild Pb stress, but suffered severe damage in serious Pb stress and S.superba have more lower the ability of conversion for light energy than K.paniclata. The rising range of YNPQ for K.paniclata were higher and more sensitive to Pb stress than that of S.superba, which revealed a strong Pb resistance resulted from strong photo-protective mechanism in K.paniclata. After the comprehensive analysis, YNPQ and YNO could be properly used as an indicator in Pb stress diagnosis and resistance evaluation.
